GROgrl's mission is to enrich and elevate the personal and professional lives of women and their families. It is our hope that GROgrl will be able to make an impact and deliver positive change for women in our world today.

INTRODUCTION

GROgrl is a community of women dedicated to providing one another with the essential resources to empower them in both their personal and professional lives.

​

A central tenet of the group is the belief that each woman possesses experience, strengths and abilities that have value and the potential to benefit other women in their community. When these are shared they serve to strengthen and improve conditions for everyone. Active participation is welcomed and encouraged, however, we also respect that each woman is likely already managing a full plate, and all levels of participation are welcome

 

We offer a wide variety of  free seminars that give women the tools, skills and knowledge to cultivate their careers as well as free workshops geared towards improving and maintaining both physical and mental health. GROgrl also believes that having a strong community of women who support one another is important so we also offer various social meetups and gatherings to help women get to know other like-minded women in their community.
